Lemon Law Arbitration

break_downLemon Law Arbitration is a more binding and formal process, and involves a hearing, a hearing examiner, the vehicle in question, the customer and the seller. Often, the seller will appear with council, making the proceeding far more formal and confrontational than mediation. Lemon Law Arbitration is referred to DRC by New York State, which means that if a person wants to participate in a Lemon Law Arbitration, they must petition New York State first. If, and only if, New York State grants arbitration can one take place.
